Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in offering fair and clear policies to ensure a smooth experience for every customer.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: No charges if the trip is cancelled at least 1 day before the scheduled date and time.

  • Late Cancellation: A cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled trip.

  • No Show: If the customer is not available at the pickup location or unreachable at the scheduled time, the booking will be marked as “No Show” and may affect future bookings.

  • Advance paid for outstation or custom trips

  • Booking cancelled from our end due to unforeseen reasons (vehicle unavailability, driver emergency)

3. Refund Process

  • 100% refund will be issued if the cancellation is eligible under the refund conditions.

  • ⏱️ Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.) within 30 minutes of approval.

  • No cash refunds will be issued.

You can cancel your booking through:

  • Please provide your Name, Pickup Location, and Booking Time for faster support.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases such as bad weather, traffic closures, or driver emergencies, trips may be cancelled from our side. In such cases, we’ll inform you immediately and provide the option to reschedule or receive a full refund (if advance paid).
